Corrections Policy

Effective Date: October 2026

1. Our Commitment to Factual Accuracy

Trade-BinaryOptions.com is committed to publishing accurate, verifiable, and current information. The financial services sector is dynamic: regulators issue new warnings, platforms update contract terms, and fee schedules change without public fanfare.

When a factual error, obsolete disclosure, or inaccurate data point is identified in our published content, our policy is to investigate the issue promptly and correct it transparently. We do not quietly delete material errors without acknowledging the correction.

2. Corrections, Clarifications & Updates

We distinguish between three categories of editorial revisions:

Factual Correction

Occurs when an objective fact was published incorrectly—such as an erroneous regulatory entity number, an outdated payout limit, an inaccurate minimum deposit, or a mistaken geographical restriction. When a material factual correction is made, the article is updated and the timestamp or correction note reflects the change.

Clarification

Occurs when the underlying facts are technically accurate but the language used was ambiguous, incomplete, or open to misinterpretation. Clarifications refine the text to provide complete context without altering the underlying verified data.

Scheduled Update

Occurs as part of our ongoing editorial audit cycles to reflect newly launched features, newly supported payment methods, or routine quarterly reviews.

3. How to Submit a Correction Request

We encourage readers, financial researchers, and platform representatives to flag any inaccuracies. To help us investigate efficiently, your submission should include:

  • The exact URL of the page containing the error.
  • The specific sentence, table cell, or figure in dispute.
  • The proposed corrected information.
  • Primary verifiable evidence supporting the correction (e.g. link to an official regulatory register entry, statutory filing, or published legal terms).
Submission Channel: Send correction documentation directly to corrections@trade-binaryoptions.com or submit via our Contact Form.

Review Timeline: Our editorial team aims to review submitted documentation and cross-reference primary sources within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Rejection of Promotional & Commercial Alterations

Our corrections process exists solely to maintain factual integrity, not to facilitate corporate public relations:

  • Commercial Requests Denied: Requests by brokers or affiliate representatives to delete factual records of customer complaints, hide regulatory warnings, or inflate numerical scores are categorically refused.
  • Opinion vs. Fact: Editorial evaluations regarding platform usability, interface quality, or risk considerations reflect editorial assessment and are not subject to correction requests unless the underlying factual premises are demonstrably incorrect.

5. Recent Documented Corrections

In accordance with our commitment to transparency, significant factual rectifications are documented below:

XTB Review (/xtb-review/)October 2026

Correction: Updated client statistics citing official Warsaw Stock Exchange filing (ESPI Report No. 12/2024). Qualified active quarterly trading client volume nonnumerically to eliminate an unverified secondary estimate (~216,000) and preserve precise primary statutory disclosure.

Site-wide Review CopyOctober 2026

Clarification: Reconciled commercial claim copy across broker reviews and popups to eliminate absolute processing assertions and unqualified speed guarantees, replacing them with neutral statements clarifying that processing times depend on payment method, verification status, and intermediary banks.

Broker Comparison MatrixOctober 2026

Standardization:Standardized maximum advertised payouts across matrix displays to include explicit “Up to” qualifiers and added neutral disclosure footnotes explaining payout variations by asset and session.
